2. What kind of hand sanitizers did Health Canada recall？
According to the latest notice on July 27, 2020, hand sanitizers that were recalled contained unacceptable ingredients, including Ethyl acetate and Methanol.
Ethyl acetate: Frequent use of hand sanitizer containing ethyl acetate may cause dry skin, leading to irritation or cracking.Methanol: Frequent use of hand sanitizer containing methanol may cause dermatitis, eye irritation, upper respiratory system irritation, and headaches.

3. Does X-Defense X902 come in other package sizes?

6. Where does X-Defense ship to?
Currently, X-Defense is only available to ship within Canada. For remote locations, if we are unable to ship to you, you will be notified and your purchase will be refunded in full.
7. What shipping methods are available?
On checkout you will be able to choose between two methods: pickup or shipping.
Pickup is at our office, located at 59 Penn Drive, Toronto ON M9L 2A6, near Weston and Finch. If you choose this option you will be notified when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, please drive to the rear and call 416-740-3900. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
If you choose shipping, you will see the shipment options available to you. Please note that because of the nature of our products, some orders may ship using UPS or a carrier other than Canada Post, however the cost and shipment time of your order will remain the same. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days to process your order. When your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number.
For remote locations, if we are unable to ship to you, you will be notified and your purchase will be refunded in full.
